The sustainable Springsuit BONIE by PICTURE
From PICTURE Organic clothing comes the BONIE springsuit, an environmentally friendly and resource-saving alternative to the conventional suit, completely without neoprene. The manufacturer has developed the innovative EicoPrene for this purpose.
PICTURE BONIE: eco-friendly 2/2 mm springuit for female surfers
This super flexible wetsuit is one of the best eco-springsuits on the market and perfect for the summer. Instead of neoprene, the BONIE Springsuit is made of 80% innovative EicoPrene, 10% recycled polyester and 10% nylon.
EicoPrene is a material mix of 70% limestone and 30% recycled tyres, which has the technical characteristics of neoprene but contains no petroleum. In order to make the Springsuit as environmentally friendly as possible, PICTURE has used the solvent-free and water-based Aqua-A ™ glue to assemble the individual parts.
Developed with focus on maximum flexibility
Seamlessly designed under the arms, this anatomically shaped suit offers you maximum comfort and fantastic freedom of movement. When developing the MOTION PATTERN, PICTURE was influenced by the triathlon wetsuits, making the BONNIE a great choice for flexibility. For the off-season the Eco wetsuit in 3/2 mm is your best bet, for spring and autumn the manufacturer offers the wetsuit with 4/3 mm EicoPrene.
